These terms govern your purchase from rasoitales.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
The brand
Rasoi Tales is a sole-proprietorship food business operated by Saudamini Jalota in Bengaluru. FSSAI registration No. 21225188000807. GST and trademark on file.
Orders
- Every order is made to order, in small batches, in our home kitchen.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of season or our kitchen capacity is full.
- Some items on the website are flagged "pricing being finalised" — these will be quoted on WhatsApp before any payment.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
- Payment is processed by our partner PhonePe Payment Gateway. Cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets are accepted.
- Until payment is received, no order is confirmed.
Food safety
Every product is made under FSSAI compliance. Allergens are listed on each pack. Children under three should be supervised with hard sweets and seed-rich items.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by courier partners beyond our control, except as noted in our Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.
