Returns & refunds.

Because we make food in small batches, our return policy is necessarily different from a retail store. Please read these terms before ordering.

What we replace or refund

  • Damaged delivery: if your pack arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged, we will replace or refund the affected item — message us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo.
  • Quality issue: if a product has a quality issue (off taste, foreign body, packaging defect), we will replace or refund — message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your batch / order ID.
  • Wrong item: if we shipped the wrong SKU or variant, we will dispatch the correct one immediately and refund the wrong one if you prefer.

What we do not refund

  • Change-of-mind returns. Food, once dispatched, cannot be put back on the shelf for hygiene reasons.
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • Items consumed in part — we cannot verify a quality concern after consumption.
  • Damage caused by courier-delay or storage outside the recipient's home (e.g. left at a security desk in monsoon).

How to claim

Message Saudamini on WhatsApp at +91 99999 99999 or email saudaminijalota@rasoitales.in with your order ID, a clear photo of the issue, and a one-line description. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days, back to the original payment method. Bank credit may take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
